The House passed the overhaul now what? - The work doesn't end when President Barack Obama signs the legislation the House has sent to his desk.On Tuesday, the Senate is expected to start their work on the fixes bill using reconciliation. For Democrats, the process is the perfect antidote to what they perceive as GOP obstructionism. For Republicans, it's their best chance at a derailment.
